We want take this opportunity to say congratulations to Mountain Brook Partners (MBP), Veterans Community Project (VCP) and Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley (H4H) for concluding closings for over $4 million in land donations from MBP to the charities for affordable housing for veterans and Longmont community members.

The closing was attended by Jake Spencer of MBP, Mark Solomon and Liz Mueller of VCP, David Emerson of H4H, Tom Waddle of Equitable Title Agency, and members of the Longmont City Council, Longmont City Manager and members of the city staff — all of which worked together for years to make this day possible.

This is a significant milestone in providing housing for homeless veterans and low-income families in the Longmont community. We at Equitable Title Agency are proud to partner with such great organizations to help provide opportunities for community development that makes a huge difference in the lives of many in our communities.
