What to Know
- Your Equitable escrow closing will be within a HomeSmart office location.
- To schedule a closing, please call our main office or email your escrow officer.
- You must bring a photo ID with you. (Two forms for buyers.)
- If you are wiring money for closing, you must verify wiring instructions in person or by phone with one of our employees before sending funds.
- Our wire cut-off time is 2:30 pm.
- Please contact your escrow officer prior to dropping off earnest money at any location other than DTC as the staff may be away from the office.
